Today's Peaches!

Here we have 7 quarts of canned peaches, and 4 quarts and 1 pint of peach juice. Notice the nice red color of the juice, since I leave the skins on for more flavor. It is great in both cold and hot tea, as well in cooking poultry or in the stuffing.
