Today's Peaches!

Here we have 7 quarts of canned peaches, and 4 quarts and 1 pint of peach juice. Notice the nice red color of the juice, since we leave the skins on for more flavor. It is great in both cold and hot tea, as well in cooking poultry or in the stuffing.
