Canning Peaches

The stove top is full! At the front left is a pot of hot water for scalding fruit to remove the skins. To the right is a red tea kettle of hot water to top off the canner or scalding pot, and I use it when I boil the lids for a minute as well. On the right is the Steam Canner at work. In the back with a measuring cup on top is the hot syrup ready to add to the next batch of jars. In the small covered pan are the lids which have been boiled for the next batch.
