Steam Juicing Peaches

It is much easier to use the Steam Juicer than it is to can peaches. I am just removing the pits, and cutting away any bad spots. You don't need to scald the peaches and remove the skins, or immerse the fruit in water with lemon juice to maintain the color. No sugar needs to be added either. As the peaches are prepared, they are added to the fruit container.
